What affects a deal
Buyers weigh several things before they consider company data. These are the considerations we review on a call. We do not publish prices, because every deal depends on the data and the terms.
Rights to license
Can your company license this data? Contracts, customer terms and third-party content all matter.
Consent and personal data
Removing names does not make data anonymous. Personal information needs its own review.
Recency and history
Records that show how work changed over several years are usually more useful than a snapshot.
Volume and variety
Buyers look at how much data there is and how many kinds of work it covers.
Structure and context
Decisions, outcomes and revisions are easier to use than raw files with no context.
Terms and exclusivity
Scope, length of licence and payment timing shape the value of an offer, as well as the headline number.
Before any buyer sees your data
We check rights and personal information first. If something is unclear or cannot be licensed, we tell you before anything moves. You approve every buyer and every term.
